Getting started with Hazel is quick and simple. Watch this short video below and complete the steps below to unlock Hazel’s full potential.

2. Connect your Email & Calendar

Time stamp: 0:16 Simply click on your email service provider to connect your email and calendar during registration.

Hazel integrates directly with your email and calendar so it can:
  • Help you prepare for meetings with agendas and context.
  • Draft emails in your voice for quick client communication.
  • Ensure your daily priorities are up to date.
In order to do so, we need permission to view events on your calendar. And we need permission to read, compose, and send emails on your behalf. More on Email & Calendar integrations here.

3. Connect your CRM

Time stamp: 0:30 With your CRM connected, Hazel has the context it needs to assist you with your client interactions. Onboardingcrm By connecting your CRM, Hazel can:
  • Import and sync contacts, tasks, and notes.
  • Surface client history in seconds within Chat.
  • Keep your CRM updated with meeting notes and follow-up tasks.
In order to do so, we need permission to access all the data in your CRM and to push data to your CRM. More on CRM integrations here.

4. Set up Billing

5. Invite your Team

Collaboration is better with Hazel. From the registration page, Owners can invite Advisors or Assistants to join the firm’s Hazel workspace. Once invited, team members can collaborate on meeting prep, follow-ups, and client support right away. More on Member roles and permissions here.
